a spirit that moves us

People and alcohol have a relationship, especially when it comes to personality-filled spirits whisky hong konglike single malt whisky. Sometimes we meet a spirit that moves us at a certain time, and sometimes we meet a spirit that makes us "sick" at a certain time. It's all fate.

I don't like the phrase "a hundred mouths to feed" because it tends to be an excuse for some people to have a bad wine. We must acknowledge that everyone's taste is unique, but we must also recognize that humans have common taste preferences, so there are basically good and bad wines. However, I do not deny that some of my friends just like a certain kind of wine. For example, there are old people who like sweet potatoes baked in the village workshop, and there are landed gentry who think Blue Square is the best whiskey in the world.

Whatever a karma is, it is something that we need to be able to spend money on. I believe that most whisky lovers in China learn to be like me, before deciding to proceed to buy a bottle of single malt whisky to deliberate again and again, check around for information and reviews of this spirit, after all, not single malt whisky has developed more and more expensive, and most of us in the country are not tycoons for that matter. However, I think my own experience data, no matter how much "research" our society has done now, in the matter of buying alcohol, sooner or later the problem will fully realize the beauty of the phrase "the book is always shallow".

After a friend's choice or recommendation, we finally start with a bottle of whiskey, happily pour over, only to find that it may not be your cup of tea. This actually happens fairly often. If it tastes good, but is not your favorite style, that should be acceptable. After all, the world of whiskey is colorful, but when, after much thought, a glass of wine just tastes "undrinkable", the question arises: what do we do?

Just throw it away? It hurts to throw it away, because you paid for it; to use it for cooking? Personally, I don't recommend doing that. If you use whiskey as a spirit, you will find a rotten wood taste and bitterness in your food. At this point, I'd like to recommend my "mixing" method!

1. Mix with a drink

Whiskey is a drink, another name for a "cocktail". Okay, I'm kidding. Cocktail lovers do not scold me. But, after all, whiskey is one of the six base spirits for cocktails, and many blended whiskeys will appear on their promotional charts. Basically one of the main tasks of a hundred dollar blended whisky is to make the base spirit for cocktails, and mixing is a basic operation. If we buy a bad whiskey, the easiest way is to mix it with a drink.

My personal experience, Coke and whiskey is a perfect match, especially bourbon and peat whiskey. Coke company itself is not sweet enough, completely different can be able to suppress the alcoholic taste and some other strange taste in the whiskey, plus a little bit of the business itself is also bitter and medicinal taste and whiskey's oak taste very need to fit.
