EPCOT is the best Disney World park for adults.
Long regarded as the top Disney park for adults, this one. It offers a large selection of dining options, shops, and rides with adult themes. In Disney World, EPCOT also holds a number of festivals all year long that are oriented toward adults.
Additionally, all parks provide drinking fountains and places to refill water bottles, however you are welcome to bring your own. The Disneyland Mobile App contains a map showing where drinking fountains are located.

All coolers, backpacks, and bags must adhere to the Disneyland Resort Rules and measure no more than 24" long by 15" broad by 18" high. Therefore, as long as your luggage complies with these requirements, you shouldn't have any trouble bringing it into the parks.
