Solution:

1. Press the test button on the control panel to check the status of the ammeter:.

Problem 2: Engraving with different or no depth

Solution:1. Increase the laser power or reduce the focal length as follows.

a. Check and clean the light outlet of the laser tube; check and clean the lens. If the lens is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

b. Check whether the optical path is correct and whether the laser beam is transmitted as follows.

Is the laser technology partially can be blocked? When the laser passes through the hole-shaped object, is it able to pass through a center? If the enterprise does not pass through the center, it is easy to lead to cause diffraction effects and reduce the laser power and quality.

At this time you need to increase the working current, but not more than the maximum working current of the laser tube, otherwise the laser power is reduced, 1.2 m tube: 20mA, 1.6 m tube: 22ma;.

C. The laser tube may be aging and need to be replaced with a new one;

Use a high power laser tube.

Solution: 2. Reduce focus size.

A. Check the quality of the spot carried out by the laser light incident on one of the focusing lenses. The image quality of the laser spot incident on the target focusing lens is getting better and better, and the focus spot size after focusing has less influence;

Problem 4: engraving deformation

Solution teaching method:

Problem six: reset abnormal

Solution teaching method: 

1. Check through the sensor technology whether there is dust, poor contact society or damage. If so, promptly wipe off the dust or replace a sensor;

2. check whether the soft data cable has poor contact or damage. If damaged, trim the cable to remove or replace the cable;.

3. Check for safety and reliability between the working ground wires or if there is damage to the high voltage wires, re-ground the wires or replace the high voltage wires;

Problem 7:Clean the back of the hook, do not close.

1. The computer can not output

Check whether the software parameter settings are normal, if not normal need to restart ;

Problem 9:Continuous lighting, intermittent lighting, unstable or uncontrolled current.

Solution:

2. Pull the signal wire between the laser power supply and the control panel to see if there is any loose or unreliable connection;

3. Pull out the signal cable on the power supply, press the laser system power button to analyze whether the power supply for failure problems or China's motherboard failure;

4.The explosion sound is normal, indicating that the power supply is not faulty, the explosion sound is not normal, indicating that the power supply has a problem;

5. when the power supply is normal, connect the signal line, use a multimeter to measure the switch control pins on the terminal. Solution:
